Privacy
Raqib has no account, no server and no analytics. Seraf Inc. never receives anything from your copy of the app. This page says what that means precisely, and what the app does send, to whom.

What we collect
Nothing. There is no sign-up, no identifier, no crash reporting and no telemetry of any kind. Raqib is bought once on Google Play and then belongs to the phone it is installed on. We have no way to tell whether you have opened it.
What stays on your phone
Everything the app produces. Scan results, the list of devices found, the Bluetooth advertisements it heard, the sites you added and every finding are written to a database inside the app's own private storage and never leave the device. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it.
What leaves your phone
Only what the checks you asked for require, and only to the host being checked:
- Your local network. The WiFi sweep opens TCP connections to addresses on the network you are already joined to. These never leave your LAN.
- Sites you add yourself. Raqib fetches each one over HTTPS to read its certificate, its redirects and its headers. The request goes to your site and nowhere else.
- DNS lookups. Resolved through Cloudflare's public DNS-over-HTTPS
service at
cloudflare-dns.com, which sees the domain being looked up. Cloudflare's policy for that service is published by Cloudflare.
There is no request to any server operated by Seraf Inc., because there is no such server.
Permissions, and why
- Location — Android puts the WiFi network's name, its BSSID and
its gateway address behind location permission. Raqib uses it only to read
those three, so it can tell one network from another. It does not read GPS,
does not track you and does not store a position. Bluetooth scanning is
declared
neverForLocation. - Nearby devices — to receive Bluetooth advertisements. Raqib listens only; it never connects, pairs or writes to anything.
- WiFi state — to see which network you are on and sweep it.
- Notifications — to tell you when a device you have not seen before joins the network.
- Internet — for the site checks and DNS above.
Children
Raqib is a network tool for adults. It is not directed at children and collects nothing from anyone.
Payment
The purchase is handled entirely by Google Play. Seraf Inc. never sees your card, your address or your name — only anonymous sales totals in the Play Console.
Changes and contact
